Leading international property consultancy, Knight Frank, has expanded its presence in Hong Kong by opening its new Kowloon office in BEA Tower, Millenium City 5, Kwun Tong. The new office will house the firm’s growing Kowloon Commercial Agency team, and better positions Knight Frank to serve growing demand for quality office space in Kowloon. The Kowloon office is led by Patrick Mak, General Manager and Head of Kowloon Commercial Agency.

An opening event was held at the new office today, complete with a traditional roast pig cutting ceremony for good fortune. Greater China board members, senior management and the Kowloon Commercial Agency team attended.

Prior to opening day, an exclusive evening cocktail reception was held on 7 September at the highest bar in the world: Ritz-Carlton Hong Kong’s OZONE bar. The event was attended by over 80 guests, including landlords, major developers, clients, and other business partners.
